Shop Policies


Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Shipping for items within the USA will on average take 5-7 business days. Currently I am not shipping outside of USA and Canada. Shipping to Canada on average will take 7-10 business days. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

All items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated in shipping notification email. This means that a tracking number will be provided for you once your item ships. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 3 business days to be delivered. If there is a problem with shipping or if package never arrives, please reach out via the Contact Us tab so we can investigate. Typically Priority Mail offers up to $50 in insurance pending the circumstances.

Payment options

Secure options include: Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover) and PayPal. This site keeps your payment information secure. We never receive your direct credit card information.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don’t accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please contact us if returning an item, so that this can be arranged.
